Mr. P Squared will try and assist with easy returns to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this has occurred before sending the item back.
1. Email us at email@example.com noting you are after a ‘Change of Mind’ refund.

3. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit & how to use it. Upon receival of your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your store credit. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges if these were applicable to your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original Mr. P Squared tags still attached.
Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us.
For a full price return (orders not using a discount code or store credit) we will send you a store credit of the item(s) returned.
Any items or products marked as ‘sale’ cannot be returned.
If the items are valued at over $100AUD it is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
